How will I get my order?                                               

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm the same day. We will always try and process orders received between 2pm & 3pm but this is not guaranteed.

UK Mainland:
Orders over 1kg go with either FedEx or DPD on a Next Working Day Delivery at £4.95.  
Orders over £100 will receive FREE carriage.
Orders under 1kg go with Royal Mail First Class Recorded at £2.50 (Next Working Day Delivery via courier may still be requested at £4.95. This option does give you the choice to request a parcel to be 'left in a designated safe place'.)

Please Note:
All orders are sent on a  Next Working Day service with either FedEx or DPD, but please note that, although they are two of the best UK couriers, delivery cannot be 100% guaranteed due to weather disruption and occasional problems with drivers on a local depot level.

European Orders:
The website has a 'Shipping Estimator' prior to Checkout that will generate an accurate carriage/shipping cost according to the weight of the order.

Worldwide Orders: 
Orders placed in the USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand can also use the 'Shipping Estimator' prior to Checkout that will generate an accurate carriage/shipping cost according to the weight of the order. IMPORTANT NOTES:

• If your order has NOT been received within TWO WORKING DAYS please call the office as soon as possible so we can track the order and help resolve the problem.
• Please be sure to fill in the 'COMMENTS ABOUT YOUR ORDER' box clearly stating instructions, especially if/and where you want your order left if no one's in. However, be aware that if an instruction is given to leave an order 'in a safe place' and therefore delivered without a signiature the couriers insurance is invalidated. Horse Health cannot be held responsible if the goods are lost under these circumstances.
  
• VAT will also be deducted automatically from VAT rated products on all Channel Island orders & those outside the EU.
